The Expert Property Network – Exhibitor Booking Terms & Conditions
By submitting an exhibitor/table booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
Your exhibitor/table booking is only confirmed once the booking has been completed and you have revecied a email conformation from a team member. Tables are subject to availability.
2. Cancellation & Non-Attendance
Exhibitor bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Expert Property Network. If you cannot attend, you may nominate another representative from your organisation, subject to prior notification.
3. Exhibitor Responsibility
Exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment, promotional materials, displays, stock, personal belongings and property brought to the event. Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules, health & safety requirements and reasonable instructions from the event organisers.
4.Loss, Damage & Liability
The Expert Property Network, its organisers, partners and representatives shall not be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss, theft, damage, injury, expense or other loss arising from or in connection with an exhibitor's attendance or participation in the event, including loss or damage to personal belongings, equipment, promotional materials or stock.
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their own property and activities are appropriately insured. Exhibitors remain responsible for any loss or damage they cause to the venue, its property, other exhibitors or attendees.
5. Event Changes & Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to change the event date, venue, timings, table location, speakers or programme where reasonably necessary. Every effort will be made to notify exhibitors of significant changes. Where circumstances outside the organisers' reasonable control prevent the event from taking place, the organisers shall not be liable for any resulting costs or losses, subject to applicable law.
6. Professional Conduct
Exhibitors must behave professionally and respectfully towards attendees, speakers, organisers, venue staff and other exhibitors. The organisers reserve the right to remove an exhibitor from the event where their behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive or detrimental to the event, without refund.
7. Marketing & Photography
By booking, you agree that your company name, logo and information supplied may be used to promote the event. Photography and video may take place during the event and may be used by The Expert Property Network and its media partners for promotional purposes.
8. Acceptance
Submission of the booking form confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Expert Property Network reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
