Glitter Girls Terms & Conditions 1. Program Enrollment & Payment Registration secures a reserved spot in the selected program. All payments are final and non-refundable unless Glitter Girls is unable to provide the advertised program or services. 2. Attendance & Participation Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. Missed sessions cannot be made up, credited, or refunded. Glitter Girls may remove any participant whose behavior or actions create a safety concern or significantly disrupt the program. 3. Safety & Liability Participation in dance, gymnastics, fitness, and related activities involves inherent risk. By submitting this form, you acknowledge these risks and release Glitter Girls, its staff, and its owners from liability for accidental injuries except in cases of proven negligence. 4. Medical Consent In an emergency, Glitter Girls staff may take reasonable steps to protect your child’s safety, including contacting emergency services. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate and current medical information. 5. Media Release Unless you opt out in writing, you grant permission for Glitter Girls to use photos or videos of your child for program documentation and promotional purposes. Names will not be publicly shared. 6. Communication Parents/guardians agree to receive program-related updates, reminders, and scheduling notices from Glitter Girls. 7.
