Sorority Snapshot Scavenger Hunt Registration

All registered participants will receive one free admission ticket to the Fair and one free drink token which can be used for an alcoholic beverage ONLY if the participant is 21 years old and carrying proper ID.

(a) Each team will consist of two (2) participants representing their sorority. (b) Each team must select a team name. (c) Both team members must participate in the challenge and appear in all photos.

(a) Teams must check-in at the Cattle Barn, between 6:00 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2026. A pre-challenge meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. Any team not present for the meeting will not be allowed to participate. (b) Teams will receive a list of challenges to complete throughout the Fair. (c) Each challenge is assigned a specific point value based on difficulty. (d) The team with the most points at the end of the competition wins $1,000 for the charity of their choice. (e) Teams may complete the challenges in any order. (f) Teams will have up to 3 hours to complete as many challenges as they wish and enjoy the Fair. All participants should check back into the Cattle Barn before 9:00 p.m. Any team late to the final check in will forfeit the game. (g) Points will be tallied by Fair staff with a winner announced immediately following the calculations.

(a) A photo is required for every completed challenge unless otherwise specified. (b) Both team members must appear in the photo whenever reasonably possible. (c) Photos must clearly demonstrate that the challenge was completed. (d) Photos must be taken during the official challenge period. (e) Teams may be asked to show their photos to event staff for verification. (f) Do not delete your photos until the final scores have been confirmed.

(a) Teams must complete challenges honestly and without assistance from other competing teams. (b) No photos from before the competition may be submitted. (c) Photos may not be edited or digitally altered to misrepresent completion of a challenge. (d) Teams may not interfere with, sabotage, or intentionally obstruct another team. (e) Event staff have the final say regarding whether a challenge has been successfully completed.

(a) Be respectful and courteous when asking Fair guests, vendors, exhibitors, employees, or volunteers to participate in a photo. (b) No one is required to participate in a challenge. (c) Always ask permission before photographing someone who is not part of your team. (d) Do not photograph children without permission from a parent or legal guardian. (e) Be respectful of animals, livestock, exhibitors, vendors, and Fair property.

(a) Safety comes first! (b) Participants must follow all posted Fair rules and instructions from Fair employees, ride operators, livestock exhibitors, and event staff. (c) Do not enter restricted areas, climb fences, enter animal pens, cross barriers, or interfere with Fair operations to complete a challenge. (d) Participants may not run through crowded areas or engage in unsafe behavior. (e) Challenges involving rides, animals, food, or other Fair activities must be completed in accordance with the applicable rules for that activity. (f) Event staff reserve the right to disqualify any participant or team for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

(a) Each challenge has a designated point value. (b) Points will be awarded only after the challenge has been verified. (c) In the event of a tie, tied teams will participate in a tiebreaker challenge determined by event staff. (d) The team with the highest verified point total will be declared the winner. (e) The winning team will designate a 501(c)(3) charitable organization to receive the $1,000 prize. The organization may be subject to verification before the prize is awarded.
