ATHLTZ SPK is an independent sports media and entertainment platform producing sports coverage, athlete interviews, original programming, social media content, documentary-style storytelling, and other sports-related media.

This form allows an authorized school, athletic department, team, organization, or event representative to grant ATHLTZ SPK permission to conduct media activities in connection with its athletic program or event.

Authorization & Media Access Terms

The undersigned represents and warrants that they are authorized to grant ATHLTZ SPK media access on behalf of the identified school, organization, team, or event, subject to all applicable school, district, conference, venue, association, and event policies. ATHLTZ SPK may photograph, film, record, interview, and otherwise capture permitted athletic activities and related events in granted-access areas. Captured media may be used in editorial and original sports-media content including websites, social-media platforms, digital video platforms, promotional materials, broadcasts, streaming platforms, presentations, and ATHLTZ SPK programming, subject to applicable law and any written restrictions. ATHLTZ SPK will comply with reasonable credentialing requirements, designated media areas, safety requirements, and filming restrictions communicated by authorized school or event personnel.

Student-Athlete Release Note: This authorization is at the school, team, or event level only and does not by itself grant individual publicity or commercial-use rights for every student-athlete. For individually featured interviews, planned athlete features, promotional/commercial uses, or other situations where an individual release is appropriate, ATHLTZ SPK may obtain a separate media release from the athlete or, if the athlete is a minor, the athlete's parent or legal guardian.
