For those living in Brooklyn or Queens: because you reside within the boundaries of the Diocese of Brooklyn, it would be best to contact the Catholic church physically closest to you to begin marriage preparation.
Couples should complete this intake form 9 months before their desired wedding date.
The Archdiocese of New York requires complete wedding files to arrive at their desk no later than 3 months before the confirmed wedding date for processing, we appreciate your understanding.
