Findlay High School Athletics Media Access Request Form

All media requests must be submitted a minimum of two days prior to the event. Requests submitted less than two days in advance may not be considered. Findlay City Schools Athletics reserves the right to limit the number of media credentials or requests approved for each event. Media access is reserved for members of recognized/official media organizations and approved school or athletic media personnel. Requests from social media influencers, independent content creators, or personal accounts may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Unless otherwise approved, these individuals will be required to purchase a ticket and will not have access to the field, court, bench areas, or sidelines. Submitting a media request does not guarantee approval or access. All approved media personnel are expected to follow event, facility, and athletic department policies at all times.

By accepting a media pass or credential from Findlay City Schools Athletics, you grant Findlay City Schools Athletics permission to use photographs, video, and other media captured by you at the event for promotional and informational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, publications, and other school or athletic department communications. No additional compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.
