7. Statement of Faith
We are a faith-based program, and that is central to our mission and vision, and it informs who we are and what we do! So please take the time to read and understand our statement of faith.

1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God.

2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.

4. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential.

5. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

- Volunteers will never be alone with a child where they are unobservable by others.
- Volunteers shall never leave a child unsupervised.
- Volunteers will always use positive techniques of behavior management and never resort to physical or emotional forms of discipline.
- Volunteers will always provide for the basic needs of youth; never withholding food or water.
- Volunteers will never transport children alone in their own vehicles.
- Volunteers will not access adult-oriented Internet sites, nor will they send email or private messages to youth.
- Volunteers will not use profanity, inappropriate jokes, or share intimate information about kids while children are present.
- Volunteers will provide a positive example for youth at all times.
- Volunteers should not share gifts with individual participants.
- Volunteers may not date program participants.
- Volunteers will never release children to anyone other than the authorized guardian.
- Volunteers must report any violation of this Code of Conduct to their supervisor.
- Volunteers must report child abuse if suspected.
- Volunteers will act in a caring, honest, respectful, and responsible manner. I understand that any violation of this Code of Conduct may result in termination.
