What You'll Do
• Oversee and monitor resident care and nursing services.
• Assess residents and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and complete resident documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians, hospice, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
• Support medication management, infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide caregiver training, education, and ongoing support.
• Participate in quality improvement and resident safety initiatives.
• Assist with state surveys and inspections.
What We're Looking For
• Current Montana RN license.
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Genuine compassion and interest in working with seniors.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and remain composed in stressful situations.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.
