Thank you for your interest in the HALLELUJAH NIGHT with EEBPLF YOUTH MINISTRY

This OUTDOOR event will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at EGLISE EVANGELIST BAPTIST PAR LA FOI, 1650 NORTH MILITARY TRAIL WEST PALM BEACH, FL 33409, from 7:00PM - 10:00PM , doors open at 6:30pm and show start at 7pm SHARP.

Here are a few things to know:
- You must receive an email confirming approval to participate.
- Payment instructions will be sent with the approval email. Payment must be made within 48 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent and must submit CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI) to participate (highly recommended).
- Setup Date: Saturday Oct 31st, 2026
- Setup Time: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM. All vendors must be ready by 5:30 PM. NOTE: MUST BRING YOUR OWN TABLE & CHAIRS. ONLY 1 TABLE AND TWO CHAIRS IS ALLOWED. NO TENT IS REQUIRED/NEEDED
- To ensure a great turnout, confirmed vendors are asked to promote the event
Submission of this application means understanding and acceptance of the terms of the agreement set forth by EEBPLF Youth Ministry.
