Private events are priced at $20 per guest with a $300 minimum, unless otherwise quoted. Please let us know if your guest count changes before the event so we can make sure we bring enough of everything.

No refunds will be issued if your actual guest count on the day of the event is lower than the number provided here, due to inventory and prep requirements.

Private events are priced at $20 per guest with a $300 minimum, unless a different package or price has been confirmed with you in writing. Your package includes: Up to four hours on site, including setup, drink service, and cleanup; Up to three drink selections; Up to three flavor selections; Ultra-filtered nonfat milk, oat milk, and almond milk; Ice; Cups; Drink ingredients; Standard bar and serving materials; A custom printed event menu; On-site drink preparation and service; Cleanup of our service area. The client will provide access to a small kitchen or appropriate prep area with access to water for preparation and cleanup.

A $150 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your date is not officially reserved until your signed agreement and deposit have both been received. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event. If your final guest count, menu, or package changes, your remaining balance may be adjusted accordingly.

The $150 booking deposit is nonrefundable because your event date is removed from our availability once booked. If you need to move your event to another date, please contact Pretty Cool Cold Drinks as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to transfer your deposit to another available date, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Any remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled event.

The client agrees to provide Pretty Cool Cold Drinks with reasonable access to the event location for setup, service, and cleanup. The client is responsible for confirming that beverage service is permitted at the event location and for providing the agreed-upon prep and cleanup area. Pretty Cool Cold Drinks will provide beverage ingredients, ice, cups, and standard materials included in the booked package unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We plan every event around the menu you choose. In the unlikely event that a specific ingredient becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside our control, Pretty Cool Cold Drinks may substitute a comparable ingredient or contact you to choose an alternative. Major menu changes requested after your booking form is submitted may require an additional charge depending on ingredients and preparation required.

By signing below, I confirm that: The information provided in this booking form is accurate. I understand the pricing and what is included in my event package. I understand that a $150 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve my event date. I understand that the remaining balance is due 24 hours before the event. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Pretty Cool Cold Drinks, its owner, and its staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event or beverage service. I understand that Pretty Cool Cold Drinks is not responsible for incidents caused by venue conditions, other vendors, or guest conduct outside of our control.
