RISE Up Talent Show Registration

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Registration Deadline: January 4th
  • All permissions and music files must be submitted by this date to be eligible for participation.
  • Each performer in a group act needs individual guardian permission.
  • Each performer may participate in ONE individual act as well as ONE group act, as space permits. There are a limited number of slots available for sign-up.
• Talent Show Rehearsal: January 12th at 3:45pm in the Cafeteria
• Show: January 21st (Check in with PTO at 5:00pm for a 5:30 show time)
• Final Deadline for Artwork Submission is at the Rehearsal on January 12th

Please fill out ONE registration per Talent Show Act (even if it's a group act) and have each participant's parent or guardian fill out their permission form separately.

IF PERMISSIONS FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE NOT RECEIVED BY JANUARY 4TH, 2027 then anyone without permission will NOT be eligible to perform. If it's a group act they may choose to go on without all group members or retract their submission. If we do not get a response about your decision within 24 hours the group will be automatically pulled from the show to allow for waitlisted participants to join and for finalization of the program.

Act Information:

• 2 1/2 minutes or less
• Must be school-appropriate
• Act approval at rehearsals is not an audition, rather approving the act to ensure appropriate content.

Rehearsal Note:

This will NOT be a time to ask general questions about the show as your act should be ready to go. Please send all questions ahead of time to events@shpk8pto.com so we can keep rehearsals moving - thank you!

Please plan to pick your student up by 5pm on this evening if you're not there to watch - we'll make every effort to be done by then.
