Scholarship Pledge Terms & Conditions

Commitment: By selecting a multi-year pledge, the Sponsor agrees to contribute the specified annual amount for the duration of the chosen term (e.g., 2, 3, or 5 years).

Billing Cycle: Annual installments will be invoiced on the anniversary of the initial gift unless an alternative schedule is coordinated with CUL administrative staff.

Fund Usage: 100% of the donated scholarship funds (excluding agreed-upon administrative fees) will be awarded to students meeting the scholarship's criteria.

Recognition: Sponsor benefits and recognition tiers will be maintained for the full duration of the active pledge.

Amendment: Pledges may be modified or extended at any time by contacting scholarships@chiul.org.
