909 Open Market is excited to partner with Cal Poly Pomona’s Pumpkin Fest at Kellogg Ranch to curate the Market Village!
We are accepting applications for retail, craft, handmade, and non-food vendors on the following dates:
October 10–11, 2026
October 17–18, 2026
October 31, 2026
Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Cal Poly Pomona – Kellogg Ranch
Vendor Fee & What’s Provided
The vendor fee will be 20% of total sales. This amount will be due at the end of each weekend and collected on Sunday. We will provide additional information regarding the reporting and payment process as we get closer to the event.
Cal Poly Pomona will provide:
Vendor canopy
Access to power
Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, displays, merchandise, signage, point-of-sale system, extension cords/power strips as needed, and other booth necessities.

This application is specifically for:
Retail • Handmade • Crafts • Clothing • Accessories • Jewelry • Art • Home Décor • Gifts • Specialty Merchandise • Other Non-Food Products
We are NOT accepting food vendors, prepackaged food/beverage vendors, informational booths, promotional booths, or service-only booths through this application.
Insurance requirements:
General Liability: $2,000,000 per occurrence / $4,000,000 aggregate
Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit for owned, scheduled, non-owned, and hired vehicles. If not applicable, please indicate N/A. Private vehicles must maintain the minimum insurance required by the State of California.
Workers’ Compensation: Evidence of coverage as required under California law. If not applicable, please indicate N/A.
Additional Insured Endorsement: An endorsement must accompany the Certificate of Insurance and name the following as additional insured:
The State of California; Trustees of the California State University; California State University; California State Polytechnic University, Pomona; Associated Students Inc., Cal Poly Pomona (ASI); Cal Poly Pomona Foundation, Inc.; Cal Poly Pomona Philanthropic Foundation; and the employees, officers, directors, volunteers, and agents of each.
*If a non-food vendor does not carry insurance, we may be able to provide a release of liability.
