Championships Meet Bid Application

Directions: Submit one Meet Bid Application for EACH Championship Meet your team would like to bid for the upcoming 2027 Long Course Meters (LCM) season. 

Championship Meet Applications for the 2027 Long Course Season are due by Sunday, October 25, 2026

NOTE: At the bottom of the application is this year's meet bid process.

After you submit an application, a link will be provided that allows you to double-check the meet information on the meet bid spreadsheet. If there is an error or information is missing, please contact the Tech Planning Chair (techplanning@gaswim.org). This form can also be used to see other meets that have been bid. 

Below are the dates selected by the respective chairs for the 2027 LCM Championship Season. The qualifying times will be posted as soon as they are published.

July 9-11, 2027 - Peach State Championships - QT

July 15-17, 2027 - Age Group State - QT

July 22-25, 2027 - Senior State - QT

Meet Bid Process:

Each team wishing to host a 2027 LCM Championship meet must fill out one Championship Meet Bid Application for each meet they are bidding to host.

The Meet Bid Application must be submitted by 11:59PM on Sunday, October 25, 2026 to be considered. If you have emailed meet bid information to the Technical Planning Committee Chair, please fill out a form for each of your meets as well.

The Technical Planning Committee will hold its LCM Calendar Meeting on November 5, 2026 at 8:30PM to finalize and approve the 2027 LCM Calendar for the October BOD meeting. This will "lock" the calendar for the HOD.
