BOOTH SPACE IS CONFIRMED once this form & full payment are received. If your space doesn't match our show description, we will contact you immediately.

PAYMENT is due with this registration form. All fees are non-refundable. Payment can be made only as follows: VENMO TeriMahaffy@Teri-Mahaffy, Cashier's Check or Money Order written to & mailed to Teri Mahaffy, or Cash dropped off at 1314 Lewis St., Sheridan, WY 82801. The Country Christmas Craft & Gift Show is a one-day event with homemade crafts, baked Christmas items, and Christmas gifts for the whole family. The Show will take place on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at the Sheridan Ramada Plaza from 9:00am - 4:00pm.

LOAD-IN & SET-UP starts at 10am on Friday December 5, 2026- (no earlier.) All booths must be set up by 8:30 am on Saturday. No early takedown is allowed.

Specific space requests are not guaranteed.

ADMISSION is free and open to the public.

VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR any damages and all clean up of their area. When you leave, please have it look just as it did when you arrived. Take all trash please. Leave table cloths in a ball on your tables please. ALL SPACE MUST BE VACATED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE SHOW as they are setting up for another event that is the next morning.

NO LEAFLETS may be placed on cars in the parking lot. Vendors are responsible for their own taxes.

There is NO SECURITY. Vendors are responsible for security at their booths.

SHARING VENDOR SPACE is allowed but only 1 vendor may be listed as primary and will be 100% responsible for that booth following our policies.

VENDORS MAY NOT attach signs to windows, doors, walls, or ceilings. Signs must be free-standing and displayed in your space.

NO DISASSEMBLY of any doors, etc. at the hotel.

NO SOLICITATION outside of your booth area.

The hotel and the Show are NOT RESPONSIBLE for anything left anywhere in the hotel or parking lot.

SILENT AUCTION- Please consider donating an item for the silent Auction. Proceeds from this show will go to the Second Chance Cat Rescue. .

Please UNLOAD AND PARK away from the building so attendees can park close.

NO PETS with the exception of registered service dogs.

FOOD TRUCKS must supply their own generator. No power will be ran to the parking lot.a0 Vendors must supply their own extention cords and power bars.

NO helium BALLOONS please.

NO POPCORN giveaways please.

Do you have any other special requests? Not guaranteed, but please let us know. We also need to know if you're bringing another table or anything.

Space Requested: Each Space gets 2 chairs, a table cloth, and one 6' or 8' table depending on the space. Spaces may not be exact size. An extra table may be ordered below. Vendors may NOT ask the hotel for extra tables, they MUST be ordered here in advance. OPTIONS:

By submitting this agreement, the vendor agrees to all rules and instructions as directed by the Event Manager.

Please do not play loud music from your booth.

Please conduct yourselves in a professional manner.

Please understand that each vendor is responsible for the collection of any sales taxes and shall in no way hold Lexie's Sugar Shop, Teri Mahaffy, or its representatives responsible for any type of permits other than for the Show itself.

We are not providing insurance for your booth, its contents, or for vehicles of any kind.

No alcohol may be served.

We cannot guarantee show attendance. We have no control over weather, acts of God, acts of terrorism, or governmental intervention, or any other cause that may prevent, and or interrupt, the event and participants shall hold event sponsors and organizers harmless for any losses that could arise because of such event.

Organizers reserve the right to place vendors in booth locations at it's ddiscretion. Customers prefer things to look different every year, therefore you will likely be in a different spot this year.

It is each vendor's responsibility to have adequate liability insurance to cover any occurrences that may result in the damage or injury to any person or thing within their space. Each vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless Lexie's Sugar Shop, Teri Mahaffy, and organizers from any and all claims, actions, and judgments, including all cost of defense and attorney’s fees related to the Vendors participation in the event.
