• Highland View's Annual Firewise Survey

  • The HOA needs to collect and report annually hours and/or expenses related to fuel management and maintaining defensible space throughout the community. Investing the equivalent of one volunteer hour per residence in annual wildfire risk reduction is a requirement to remain in good standing.

What can count is not difficult and includes removing debris from roofs and gutters or between deck boards, replacing combustible landscaping with stone or gravel, moving woodpiles away from the house, delimbing trees, mowing lawns and trimming native grasses and weeds.

Please reply to this survey with an estimate of either time or amount spent related to fuel management and/or maintaining defensible space on your property. This information will be consolidated to meet our annual reporting requirements.

We appreciate your support to maintain our Firewise status and the benefits it provides our community.
