For the Hartshorne Community Center Fall Festival
Event Date: October 31st 2026

Event Time: 11 am - 4 pm

**All vendors must be in place by 10 am**

Fee: This event doubles as a trick-or-treating event for our community. Similar to a trunk-or-treat, children will have the option to come around to each booth to collect goodies. Vendors are required to supply candy, stickers, etc.

Vendors are encouraged to decorate in a fall/ Halloween theme. After all, this is a fall festival! 🎃

Trick-or-Treating

This festival will double as a trick-or-treating event for our community.
All vendors are required to bring child appropriate handouts for the trick or treating. This will be similar to a “trunk or treat” set up. Please indicate in the space below that you understand and will bring something to handout
Examples of what to bring are Candy, stickers, etc.
