Client Responsibilities
Client is responsible for ensuring safe, clear access to the spa, working water and electrical access, and an appropriate drainage location. Client is also responsible for securing pets, personal belongings, and other items around the work area.
Scheduling & Access
The first service appointment must be confirmed by the client before Pure Water Spa Care LLC will arrive for service.
For all scheduled services, the client must either be present to provide access to the spa or provide a reliable method for Pure Water Spa Care LLC to access the spa without the client being present.
If a client needs to change or reschedule an appointment, at least 7 days' notice should be provided whenever possible. Clients who are unable to provide access or timely notice may need to reschedule their service.
Limitations and Conditions
Pure Water Spa Care LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, leaks, cracks, cover or shell deterioration, normal wear and tear, freeze damage, hidden defects, equipment or component failure, or conditions outside of our control. There is no guarantee that the spa will operate properly before, during, or after service.
During and After Service
If equipment fails or a problem is discovered during service, notice will be provided when reasonably possible. Water will be balanced to the best of our ability at the completion of service; however, Pure Water Spa Care LLC is not responsible for changes in water chemistry, cloudiness, contamination, staining, or other water-quality issues caused by spa use, environmental conditions, or chemicals or substances added after service.
Recurring Service
Recurring services require scheduled access to the spa. The regular service schedule will be established with the client and may be adjusted by mutual agreement.
Either party may cancel or modify recurring service with 15 days' advance written notice before the next billing cycle or you may be charged the full amount of your subscription service.
Liability
Customer acknowledges that hot tub ownership, use, maintenance, and access involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips and falls, drowning, burns, overheating, exposure to chemicals, reactions to treated water, and injury or illness resulting from improper use or maintenance of the hot tub.
Customer voluntarily assumes these inherent risks and agrees to release and hold harmless Pure Water Spa Care LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, demands, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the ordinary risks associated with the use, operation, or condition of the hot tub, except to the extent caused by the Service Provider's negligence or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be waived.
Customer understands that Service Provider's maintenance services are intended to maintain the hot tub and water in accordance with the agreed-upon service scope but do not guarantee that the hot tub, its equipment, or water will remain free from malfunction, contamination, chemical imbalance, damage, or other conditions between service visits.
