If your application is successful this image will appear as your feature image on your Artist Page on the Tour website.

INSURANCE: "I understand as a participating artist, I am responsible for my own liability insurance and for any theft/damage/injury that may occur or as a result in my participation with the Tour." Proof of insurance is required only if you are accepted. At this time, please consult your insurance provider about liability insurance for appropriate coverage for the Tour.
