No names or emails will be collected as part of this anonymous event survey. There will be an opportunity once you submit the survey to be directed to a separate form to complete the Alcohol101+ for a Soda Station gift card. The first 200 students who complete Alcohol101+ can claim their gift card. Your answers are no way tied to your gift card claim submission.
