For all services, your hair must be ready to be shampooed and blow-dried upon arrival. Please do not arrive with hair matted.

📌 BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY

If you would like to drop off your wig/closure/frontal before your upcoming appointment, you are more than welcome to do so! Dropping off your hair prior to your appointment helps minimize the time length of your appointment.

A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit goes toward your remaining service balance.

If in need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED. Please communicate any changes as soon as possible so your appointment can be properly adjusted to a later date/time .
