Clone of 2025 Silent Auction Item Registration Form

Thank you for supporting the Tennessee Urban Forestry Council! TUFC's 2026 Silent Auction will be held virtually throughout October, allowing supporters from across Tennessee and beyond to participate. Bidding will close at 5:30 PM CT on October 29, during the President's Reception at our Annual Conference in Memphis.

We are seeking attractive, high-quality items, experiences, gift certificates, services, and packages that will excite bidders and help raise funds to support TUFC's work. We encourage donations with a suggested minimum value of $35. Lower-value items may be a great fit when combined with other items into an appealing package or basket.

What makes a great auction donation?
Think of something you'd be excited to bid on! Great donations might include new merchandise, unique experiences, gift certificates, local products, artwork, tree care equipment, nature books, event tickets, professional services, or thoughtfully assembled packages.

To help us create a strong and successful auction, we generally cannot accept used household goods, outdated merchandise, or items with limited resale appeal.

Donation submissions are due September 25.

All proposed donations will be reviewed by TUFC before being added to the auction. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Donors will be notified if their item is selected and will receive additional instructions for delivering physical items.

• Submission of an item does not guarantee inclusion in the auction. TUFC will review all proposed donations and notify donors whose items are selected. TUFC may decline items that are used, outdated, difficult to transport or fulfill, or unlikely to generate meaningful bidder interest.

• Physical items selected for the auction must be delivered to TUFC staff, a board member, designated volunteers, or its designated conference location according to the instructions provided after acceptance.

• Bidding will take place online in October and is open to participants regardless of conference attendance.

• Winning bidders attending the conference may receive eligible physical items in person after the auction closes. Items requiring shipment will be shipped following the auction by TUFC, with shipping costs charged to the winning bidder. Certain oversized, heavy, fragile, or otherwise impractical-to-ship items may be designated for local pickup only.

• By submitting this form, the donor confirms that they are authorized to donate the item and grants TUFC permission to use the submitted description, photographs, business name, and related information to promote the auction.
