COMPLIMENTARY MAINTENANCE TERMS
■ Complimentary maintenance is limited to one session per month for eligible package clients.

■ Unused maintenance sessions do not accumulate or carry over from month to month.

■ Maintenance is available for the lifetime of the dog, subject to Trainer availability and continued eligibility.

■ Maintenance is limited to refreshing, reinforcing, troubleshooting, or maintaining skills previously trained by Kisha's Kommands LLC.

■ Maintenance is non-transferable and has no cash or credit value.

■ New skills, new tasks, unrelated behavioral concerns, or a new training program may require additional or specialized training at the applicable rate.
Client Agreement
ARRIVAL & PARKING SAFETY:I agree to park in the designated rock/gravel area without blocking the driveway, make every effort to keep my vehicle off the grass, and not drive or pull through the yard. My dog and I will remain inside my vehicle until a Kisha's Kommands LLC Trainer instructs us to exit. I will notify my Trainer when Iarrive and wait for confirmation before exiting, even if the training area appears clear.
LIABILITY WAIVER: I understand that working with dogs involves inherent and unpredictable risks, including bites, scratches, falls, pulling injuries, interactions with animals, property damage, escape, equipment failure, illness, injury, and other accidents. I voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with my participation and my dog's participation. I remain responsible for my dog’s behavior and actions and agree to follow Trainer safety and handling instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and agree to hold harmless Kisha's Kommands LLC, its owners, trainers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, expenses, or liability arising from the inherent risks of the service or my dog's actions, including injury, escape, or property damage, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot legally be waived. This session-specific waiver supplements and does not cancel or replace my Registration & Service Agreement with Kisha'sKommands LLC. This waiver applies whether services are provided at Kisha’s Kommands LLC’s primary training location or an approved secondary, public, private, or third-party location.
VACCINATION CONFIRMATION: I certify that my dog's vaccinations appropriate for the dog's age are current and up to date. Dogs showing signs of potentially contagious illness should not attend training.
