Episode 1: GROWING BODIES - We want to see how children grow and change, and all theamazing things their bodies learn to do along the way.You could share photos or videos showing milestones such as crawling, walking, talking, sleeping in a bassinet or moving into a toddler bed. Where possible, we would love to see the same child at different stages oftheir early years - e.g. crawling to walking to riding a bike.
Episode 2: MOVING BODIES - We want to see children of all abilities getting active andhaving fun! Show us your favourite ways to move! Whether it’s playing football, cricket, wheelchair basketball, Boccia, throwing, catching, juggling, dancing, riding or playing catch with your pet.
Episode 5: AGEING BODIES - We want to celebrate grandparents and the amazing hobbies and leisurely things they still enjoy doing. Children could introduce us to their grandparents and show us something they love doing and also love doing together — perhaps playing tennis, cooking, swimming in the ocean, reading a book, listening to music, gardening or simply having fun together.
