2027 Southeast Regional Call for Keynote Speaker

Keynote Speaker Proposal Deadline:
Greetings potential Keynote Speaker!

First and foremost, thank you for your interest in participating in this year’s AEE-SE conference as a keynote speaker. Keynotes are an integral part of our annual conference by continuing to advance the field of experiential education to explore new facets, inspire our members, and otherwise connect our work to AEE's mission.

This year's theme is "EGGxtraordinary Adventure", inspired by the metaphor with which we ended our 2026 conference (What will you "hatch" this year?") and the Oscar Wilde quote: An egg is always an adventure; the next one may be different. We are hoping your Keynote offering will use the egg inspired metaphor to explore some of the 6 AEE values (global community, adventure & challenge, reflective leadership, social justice, the natural world, and creative play).

In order to formally submit your keynote proposal, please complete and submit this form by February 1, 2027. Once submitted, your proposal will be considered for 2027 Southeast Regional Conference and you will be notified of the status of your proposal. If your keynote is selected, you will be notified and eligible to register for the conference at the discounted presenter rate.
