Registration Information for Municipal Members:

• When:
  • Wednesday, November 4, 2026
    • Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.
    • 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Accounting & Finance Session, with a lunch buffet from Noon to 1:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, November 5, 2026
    • 9:00 a.m. to Noon - Continued Accounting & Finance Session followed by departure.
• Where:
  • Embassy Suites by Hilton, Syracuse Destiny USA,                    311 Hiawatha Blvd, W., Syracuse, NY 13204
• Hotel Accommodations:
  • Attendees are responsible for making room reservations directly with Embassy Suites. Rooms are $174.00. Complimentary self-parking is included.

  • To receive the preferred rate, reservations must be made no later than October 4, 2026. There are a limited number of rooms available, so don't delay!
• Fees:
  • $145 per person. Includes a buffet lunch on Wednesday, November 4th, and refreshments throughout both days of the event.
  • After your registration is submitted, MEUA will send an invoice via email. 
  • All participants must register to attend. Registration fees are waived for Accounting & Finance Committee members and event speakers. Please wait to receive an invoice before issuing payment.
  • This event is for MEUA Municipal Members only.
  • By registering for this event, you are consenting to being photographed and having your photo published and/or distributed in MEUA publications and media.
  • MEUA must be notified of cancellations no later than October 19, 2026, or a refund cannot be issued.
