What Happens After You Submit
Luminara receives your request privately and reviews it for program fit, your child’s learning or support needs, available resources, and any time-sensitive circumstances. If a little more information would help, we may contact the parent, guardian, or caregiver you listed. After review, your family will receive a status or decision update. If your request is approved, Luminara will choose the best support or fulfillment method and keep you updated through completion. Public Need Spotlight sharing only happens if an adult has given permission, and private information is never required to be made public in order to be considered. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or a specific dollar amount. Support depends on program scope, available funds and resources, and the needs described in your request. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, full medical records, full school records, government IDs, or other unnecessary sensitive documents.
