Payment Obligation
I acknowledge and agree that I am fully responsible for all amounts due under this purchase agreement. In the event any payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise fails for any reason, I remain liable for the full balance owed. This obligation remains in effect regardless of whether tickets have been assigned, transferred, or used, and may extend beyond the conclusion of the conference. I further agree to pay all reasonable costs associated with the collection of unpaid balances, including collection agency fees, attorney's fees, and other related expenses where permitted by law.
No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. I understand and agree that no refunds, credits, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, personal emergencies, or unused tickets.
No Downgrades or Reductions
Once a purchase has been completed and payment has been processed, the selected package level is final and may not be downgraded, reduced, modified, or exchanged for a lesser package for any reason.
Pack Utilization and Ticket Resale Responsibility
I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for filling and utilizing all tickets included in my purchased package. I further acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the collection of any payments from individuals to whom I assign, transfer, sell, or distribute tickets. The organizer bears no responsibility for collecting, refunding, or otherwise managing payments between me and any third party.
Personal Guarantee of Purchase
The purchaser remains responsible for the full purchase price regardless of whether tickets are assigned, transferred, distributed, sold, or remain unused. Failure of any third party to reimburse the purchaser does not relieve the purchaser of their payment obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
