🌸 Valley Bakes Commission Policy 🌸

Purpose

This policy outlines how ValleyBakes handles custom commission orders, including pricing, deposits, timelines, communication, and cancellations. It ensures fairness, clarity, and consistency for both customers and staff.

Pricing & Quotes

• All commission orders receive a written quote based on size, complexity, materials, and labor.

• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

• Final pricing may adjust if the customer requests changes after the quote is issued.

Deposits & Payment

• A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure the order and production date. ValleyBakes only accepts payments through Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle for all commission orders.

• The remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery.

• Work does not begin until the deposit is received.

Timelines & Lead Time

• Standard commissions require at least 7 days’ notice.

• Large or highly detailed projects may require 2–4 weeks’ notice.

• Rush orders may be accepted at ValleyBakes’ discretion and may include a rush fee.

Design Approval

• Customers will receive a design outline or description before work begins.

• Final approval must be given in writing (email or message).

• Any changes requested after approval may result in additional fee
