Parties in the Park — Exhibitor Information

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Tennessee Disability Coalition’s (TDC) Parties in the Park! We’re excited to bring community members together for a fun, welcoming, and inclusive outdoor event — and we’re thrilled you want to be part of it.

The Memphis Party in the Park will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the East Parkway Pavilion at Overton Park from 11am-1:00pm. Setup will start at 10:30, and we ask that all exhibitors be setup and ready to go by 11am.

What to Expect

These are outdoor events
No electricity will be available
Limited tables will be available. You can make your own space by bringing your own:
- Table
- Chairs
- Tent

We encourage exhibitors to make their space fun, interactive, and engaging — think giveaways, games, resources, or creative ways to connect with attendees!

Space is Limited

After reviewing requests, the TDC will follow up to confirm whether or not we’re able to accommodate your participation and request to use one of our tables.

Exhibitor Incentive

As a thank-you for participating, your organization's name and website will be included in a thank-you email sent to all registered attendees.

A limited number of tables will be provided at each location. If requesting to exhibit, will you be able to provide your own exhibit table?

You can't have a party without food!

We will be providing the following food and drink options for all attendees including exhibitors:

Hot dogs
Hamburgers
Vegan option
Bun
Gluten-free bun
Chips
Fruit
Cookies/Dessert option
Bottled water
Tea

Will you need any disability-related accommodations in order to attend? Please describe. The deadline for all attendees is one week prior to event. We will do our best to meet your need.

By RSVPing and attending Parties in the Park, I understand this is an outdoor community event and choose to participate at my own comfort level. I agree to help create a respectful, inclusive environment and release the Tennessee Disability Coalition (TDC) and event partners from liability to the extent permitted by law. Further, I understand that media (images/video) will be captured during the event, and I understand that said media may be used in future print and collateral materials, electronic media (e.g. video, internet), or other forms. I release the Tennessee Disability Coalition, et al. from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use.
