Girls Volleyball Permission Form

2026 Season
Volleyball will be offered for all girls in grades 5, 6, and 7. Please complete the form by Friday, September 11 at 4 pm. The practice and game schedule to be confirmed.

Criteria for joining and staying on the team:

1. Ability to attend most practices and games.

2. Rides to all games are to be arranged by parents.

3. Correct volleyball uniform, including gym strip, runners, and knee pads, must be worn to all games and practices.

4. A positive, sporting attitude towards coaches, referees, and players.
Important Dates:

Friday, September 11 - permission form due

Week of September 14 - practices begin. The game and practice schedule will be emailed to team families once confirmed.
