OS28 – Submission Form
This form is for all paid registrants of the Open Set Competition

The process is two-fold:

1. We require that this online form be completed and submitted at any time prior to August 1, 2026.

2. When you receive your confirmation email for the submission, we ask that you print it and include the hard copy with your book submission, which is also due by August 1, 2026.

IMPORTANT: Do not close this web page or refresh until you are certain that your form has been submitted or all information will be lost. Please click “Submit” only once and be patient… it may take a moment to go through depending on the speed of your internet connection.
