Clone of Student-Led Committee Application 2025-26

Union Gallery is excited to invite applications for our 2026-27 Student-Led Committees. Volunteers who join these committees will work closely with UG core staff and Board members to shape the gallery's exhibitions, public programming, fundraising, and outreach initiatives. In keeping with our mandate as a student-centred organization, these committees empower Queen’s students to lend their direction in the areas of Fundraising (sponsorship + event planning) and Programming (exhibitions + parallel programs).

Students are invited to submit this form as an application OR in the form of a letter (email or hand-written), voice recording, video, phone call, video call, or other format of your choosing, or request a personal interview with a member of the gallery staff.

Which committee(s) would you like to be considered for?

Fundraising Committee meetings will be held on Wednesday afternoons twice a month in the fall, and weekly (or as needed) in January/February. Meetings will be approximately 1 hour and will fall between 2pm-5pm depending on members' schedules.

Programming Committee meetings will be held monthly and determined in consultation with UG staff and committee members.
