    All four Progression Camps will run during this same Monday time slot.

    1 Camp —    1 payments of$179 + HST
    2 Camps —   2 payments of $169+ HST($192.66)
    3 Camps —   3 payments of $159+ HST($181.26)
    All 4 Camps — 4 payments of $149+ HST($169.86)

    First payment is required to secure registration.

    Remaining payments are due before the start of each applicable camp.

    All payments are by e-transfer.

    All advertised camp and package prices are subject to applicable HST.

  • PARTICIPANT WAIVER, CONSENT & MEDIA RELEASE

    I give permission for my child to participate in the Peak Velocity Sports Centre 5–7 Progression Camp.

    I understand that baseball training and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. I confirm that my child is able to participate in the program and understand that Peak Velocity Sports Centre, its instructors and staff will take reasonable precautions to provide a safe training environment.

    In the event of an injury or emergency, I authorize Peak Velocity Sports Centre staff to contact the parent/guardian and emergency contact provided on this registration. If necessary and I cannot be reached, I authorize staff to seek appropriate emergency medical assistance for my child.

    I understand that registration is subject to availability and that my child's spot is not confirmed until the required first payment has been received.

    Photo & Video Consent: I understand that photos and/or videos may be taken during the program and may be used by Peak Velocity Sports Centre for its website, social media, advertising and promotion of Peak Velocity programs.

     

  • PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

    Payment Method: E-transfer

    Your child's spot is not confirmed until the required payment has been received.

    Paying in Full: Please send the full package amount after submitting this registration.

    Payment Plan: Please send your first camp payment after submitting this registration. Remaining payments must be received before the start of each applicable camp.

    E-transfer Reference: Please include the player's first and last name in the message/reference.

  • REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION, Refund Policy & MISSED SESSION POLICY

    Registration is for the camp package selected at the time of registration. Multi-camp discounts are based on the number of camps purchased.

    No Refunds Once a Camp Has Started: Once a registered camp has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued for that camp.

     

    Missed Sessions: If Peak Velocity Sports Centre is open and the scheduled camp session runs as planned, there will be no individual makeup session, rescheduled time, credit or refund if a player is unable to attend.

    Peak Cancellations: If Peak Velocity Sports Centre cancels a scheduled session, Peak will arrange a makeup session or provide information regarding the cancelled session.

    MULTI-CAMP PACKAGE COMMITMENT
    Multi-camp package pricing is discounted based on the number of camps selected at registration. By registering for a 2, 3, or 4-camp package, you are committing to the full package.

    If a player withdraws from any remaining camps, camps already attended will be recalculated at the applicable package rate based on the number of camps actually attended. Any difference resulting from the loss of the multi-camp discount will be deducted from any available credit or added to the customer’s Peak Velocity account. If a balance remains owing, an invoice will be issued for the outstanding amount.

    If a player withdraws and the vacated camp spot cannot be filled, a charge of $29 per scheduled camp hour for the unfilled spot will be applied. This amount will be deducted from any available credit or added to the customer’s Peak Velocity account. If this results in a balance owing, an invoice will be sent for the remaining balance.

    Any remaining approved credit will stay on the customer’s Peak Velocity account for future use and is not redeemable for cash.

    A refund to the original payment method will only be issued when Peak Velocity approves a full refund.
     
     
     
     

    This policy prevents discounted package pricing from being used to receive a lower per-camp rate followed by cancellation of later camps.

    Any cancellation or refund request made before a camp begins will be reviewed based on the timing of the cancellation and the camp package purchased.
