  • About Printing

    Professional printing and shipping are quoted separately from your design fee. Your exact printing cost will depend on the product, quantity, paper/finishing options, delivery location and turnaround time.

    No print order will be placed until you have approved your final design and the printing balance has been paid.

    Rush service is subject to availability and must be approved by Rarely Made Design before your order is accepted. Rush design service does not guarantee expedited printing or shipping. Printing and delivery timelines will be confirmed separately when applicable.

  • Photo Quality & Editing

    Rarely Made Design may make basic adjustments such as cropping, positioning and minor image enhancements when needed for the design. The quality of the finished piece depends on the quality of the original photographs provided. I will do my best to work with older or lower-quality photographs, but some images may not reproduce clearly in print.

  • About Add-Ons

    Add-ons are priced in addition to the selected base design. Some items may also have separate professional printing and shipping costs if printed copies are requested.

    Your selections on this form are not a final invoice. Rarely Made Design will review your complete order and provide your confirmed project total before your deposit is due.

  • Almost Finished!

    Thank you for sharing the details of your project with Rarely Made Design. Before submitting your request, please review the information below and confirm that you understand the project process.Submitting this form is a request for services and does not guarantee project acceptance. I will review your information, deadline and requested services before confirming your order.

  • A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required before design work begins. Your project is not considered booked and design work will not begin until your order has been accepted by Rarely Made Design and your deposit has been received.

  • Turnaround Time

    Standard design turnaround is approximately 3–5 business days and begins only after your deposit and all required photos, wording, information and other materials have been received.

    Turnaround refers to design time and does not include professional printing or shipping time. Rush service is subject to availability.

    Revisions

    Your design includes two consolidated revision rounds. Please review each proof carefully and submit all requested changes together whenever possible.

    Additional revision rounds are $25 per round. Major changes to the original project direction or content after design work has begun may require an additional fee.

    Proofreading & Final Approval

    Rarely Made Design will make every effort to create an accurate finished piece; however, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs.

    Please verify names, spelling, dates, times, addresses, phone numbers, service information, event details and all other wording before giving final approval.

    Printing Approval

    If Rarely Made Design is arranging professional printing, no print order will be submitted until you have approved the final design and the required printing balance has been received.

    Once a design has been approved and submitted for printing, changes may not be possible. Reprinting due to information or errors that were present in an approved proof may result in additional printing and shipping costs.

    By submitting materials to Rarely Made Design, you confirm that you have the right or permission necessary to provide those materials for use in your project.
