Thank you for being part of The Big Green Show & Shine! This event is a fundraiser benefiting the Big Green Marching Machine and our Lobos to London 2028 campaign. Your participation helps send our students to London for the 2028 London New Year’s Day Parade. We appreciate your support! 💚

Please complete the form to register your vehicle for The Big Green Show & Shine!

Your space may be used for:

• Entry for one vehicle into the Show & Shine
• One designated show parking space
• Eligibility for judging and awards
• Access to all event activities

Please submit a separate registration for each vehicle you plan to enter.

Please note:

• All vehicles must remain within their assigned show space.
• Chairs, signs and personal items must remain within your designated area and may not block drive lanes or neighboring vehicles.
• Canopies/tents are NOT permitted in the vehicle show area.
• Vehicles must remain parked during show hours unless directed otherwise by event staff.

Your $25 registration includes one standard parking spaces for vehicle.

Please review the following Rules & Guidelines before submitting your registration or application. These guidelines are in place to help The Big Green Show & Shine run safely and smoothly for our vendors, food trucks and spectators. By submitting your registration or application, you agree to follow all event guidelines.

SPACES & SETUP

• No overnight setup. The event site is not secured overnight. All setup must take place the morning of the event beginning at 10:00 AM.
• Registered vehicles must remain within their assigned space.
• Electricity is not available.
• Spaces are assigned by event organizers and may not be changed without approval.
• Setup begins at 10:00AM. All participants should be ready for the show by 11:30 AM.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following may not be displayed or distributed:

• Firearms or ammunition
• Weapons or items intended for use as weapons
• Alcohol
• Tobacco, nicotine or vape products
• Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Pornographic or sexually explicit merchandise
• Counterfeit or stolen merchandise
• Hazardous materials
• Live animals
• Illegal merchandise
• Any item deemed inappropriate for a family-friendly community event
• Event organizers reserve the right to require the removal of any item that does not comply with these guidelines.

CONDUCT & SAFETY

• The Big Green Show & Shine is a family-friendly community event.
• Participants must follow instructions from event staff regarding setup, parking, traffic and safety.
• Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their own merchandise, money and equipment.
• Children accompanying a vendor must remain supervised.
• Participants may not block driving lanes, walkways or neighboring spaces.
• Disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event.

CLEANUP & DEPARTURE

• Participants are responsible for leaving their assigned area clean.
• All items must be removed at the end of the event.
• Items may not be left behind or placed in the parking lot for disposal.
• Participants should not begin packing up before the show ends at 4:00 PM, except with approval from event organizers.
• Vehicle movement within the market area will be restricted while spectators are present.

WEATHER & REFUNDS

• The Big Green Show & Shine is an outdoor event and will be held weather permitting.
• Registration fees are nonrefundable. All registration fees benefit the Big Green Marching Machine.
• Event organizers reserve the right to delay, modify or cancel the event due to severe weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond their control. Registration fees will remain nonrefundable in the event of cancellation.

RESPONSIBILITY

• The Big Green Show & Shine is organized by the Lobo Band Boosters and is not sponsored, operated or administered by Mobberly Baptist Church. Mobberly Baptist Church is serving as the event location only.
• Participants are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, vehicles and personal property.
• The Big Green Show & Shine, Lobo Band Boosters, Longview ISD and Mobberly Baptist Church are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
• Participants are responsible for any damage caused by their vehicle, equipment, canopy, merchandise or setup.
• Event organizers reserve the right to deny participation, limit vendor categories, assign or relocate spaces, and remove participants or merchandise that do not comply with event guidelines.
