Please review our policies carefully before placing your order. By submitting an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
🌸 Ordering Timeline
Please place orders 1–2 weeks in advance.
All arrangements are custom-made to order and are not pre-made or kept in stock.
Last-minute orders may be accepted based on availability and our schedule.
A $50 rush fee applies to approved rush orders.
Rush orders are subject to flower availability. The rush fee does not guarantee the availability of specific flowers or colors.
🎨 Color Selection
Please provide your preferred color(s) or color palette when submitting your order.
For 25-rose bouquets, one color may be selected.
For 50-rose bouquets, up to two colors may be selected.
Specific shades cannot always be guaranteed due to seasonal availability and supplier inventory.
If your requested shade is unavailable, we will do our best to provide the closest available shade and maintain the overall look of your arrangement.
Additional colors may be available for larger/custom arrangements and will be discussed during the quote process.
🌷 Fresh Flowers & Substitutions
Fresh flowers are seasonal and availability can change.
While every effort will be made to provide your requested flowers, substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary due to availability.
You will be contacted regarding substitutions.
Flower substitutions will be selected with the overall color palette, style, and aesthetic of your arrangement in mind.
💰 Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are valid for 7 days.
Prices may change after the 7-day period based on flower availability, seasonal changes, and current market pricing.
A new quote may be required if an order is booked after the quote expiration date.
💳 Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders.
No order is considered official or confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due the day before or the day of pickup/delivery.
Full payment may be made at any time.

Cash — remaining balance only
Due to the custom nature of each arrangement, all sales are final.
📲 After Submitting Your Order
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response after submitting your order request.
Submitting an order form does not automatically confirm your order.
Your order is confirmed only after your details have been reviewed, the availability has been confirmed, and your deposit has been received.
📅 Pickup & No-Show Policy
Arrangements are prepared specifically for your scheduled pickup date and time.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup.
Orders not picked up on the scheduled date will be held for a maximum of 24 hours.
After 24 hours, unclaimed arrangements may be discarded or donated at our discretion.
No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for orders that are not picked up on time.
We cannot guarantee the freshness or quality of flowers that are not picked up on the requested date.
🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations after an order has been confirmed will not qualify for a refund.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Additional charges may apply if new flowers or materials must be purchased for a rescheduled order.
Orders cannot be rescheduled once the arrangement has been completed.
📸 Quality & Responsibility
All bouquets and arrangements may be photographed prior to pickup or delivery for quality assurance and business record purposes.
Once an arrangement has been received by the customer, we are not responsible for any damage resulting from handling, transportation, improper care, or other circumstances beyond our control.
💕Custom Order
Every arrangement is uniquely created for you. Inspiration photos are welcome and highly recommended; however, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Our goal is to capture the overall style, color palette, size, and aesthetic of your inspiration while working with the flowers and materials available.
