* PLEASE NOTE, THERE WILL BE TRICK OR TREATING HAPPENING ON SATURDAY AT THE MALL! SO IT WILL BE A BIT HECTIC. Hopefully that means lots more sales!

No refunds, moving dates and I tell you where your space is when you get there. No space requests.

Market will be held in front of Auntie Anne's (by the food court) extending towards Burlington hallway.

Do not enter the mall before designated times.

Unload & MOVE YOUR CAR to the parking lot ASAP, DO NOT start to set up before you move your car.

Don't arrive past load in time.

Friday vendor load in 9am- 10am

Saturday vendor load in 8am - 9am

Saturday be set up by 10 am

Friday-Saturday: Mall opens at 10am

Friday-Sunday: Pack up is at 7pm not 6:59pm (You can stay til 8pm if you want)

Sunday: Vendor load in time 9am- 10am, set up by 11am

Sunday: Mall opens at 11am

VENDOR INFORMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT OUT ON BY TUESDAY AT THE LATEST, SAME WEEK AS THE EVENT.

Once again, I give you your space when you get there.

Long floor length tablecloths are REQUIRED, NO STRETCHY TABLECLOTHS. Nothing under your table must show, not even the legs.

If you come more than one day, you can leave your set up COVERED overnight at your own risk. We've never had issues before. They have security.

Vendor load in behind the mall, entrance (A1) between Dave and Busters and Field Quest
I understand there are NO REFUNDS regardless of the reason.
I understand I’m unable to move my dates.

I UNDERSTAND THAT I CANNOT BRING CHILDREN WHO WILL RUN AROUND THE EVENT. This is still a working environment and a business event. Only children who are WORKING or who can endure long working hours are allowed.
I understand I can't arrive late and I must stay until the end of the market at 7pm. That means no packing up until 7pm.
I understand that I will not be provided tables or chairs. I will bring my own tables, chairs and FLOOR LENGTH tablecloths.
I understand that I cannot bring stretchy tablecloths that hook under the legs of the tables. They MUST BE FLOOR LENGTH tablecloths. FRONT, BACK AND SIDES.
