    SHIPPING

    Shipping typically occurs within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

    Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days.

     

    REFUNDS

    A refund may be granted in the event of an error on behalf of BITADAT Southern Seasonings. Please forward shipping issues to the shipping partner's customer service department. 

    You may request a refund within 10 days of receiving the product. Submit refund requests to: bitadatseasonings@gmail.com. Include photo evidence of the product issue in the email request.

     

    RETURNS

    All sales are final. BITADAT Southern Seasonings produces high-quality seasoning blends. Not every blend works for every palate. If there is a quality issue with the product, we will happily receive your refund request. Return requests based solely on preference will not be granted.
