  • Site Requirements & Stall Fees

    The site is open to the public from 10.00am to 4.00pm on festival day.

    Stallholders are responsible for supplying their own tent/marquee/van, tables, tagged & tested power leads, gas bottles, cooking facilities, refrigeration, water, and shade cover, and ensuring these are securely and safely installed according to Tasman Council regulations and all relevant Tasmanian Government Regulations and Acts. No generators allowed. All electrical leads must be tagged and current, during set up this will be inspected and leads rejected, or tagged at your additional cost.  Our license requires 100% compliance.

  • PREFERRED BUMP-IN TIME - Stall holders will be provided an exact bump-in time closer to the festival date
  • Food vans/trailers only: total size required including towbars, drawbars, stairs, doorways etc.

    To maximise space for stalls and patrons, stallholders will have a separate reserved car-parking area away from the festival stall space. For safety, cars will not be allowed in the main festival from 9.00am until 4.30pm for pack up.

  • Health Regulations and Hygiene Requirement

  • All food and beverage stall owners must comply with the Tasman Council’s regulations in relation to the safe handling of food. All food must be prepared, packed, displayed, and sold as far as is practicable in accordance with the requirements of the Food Act 2003.
  • Environmental Awareness

  • In keeping with the festival’s environmental ethics, we do now ask that all stallholders please use compostable plates, mugs, bowls, and cutlery. No single use plastics (including plastic straws) are permitted. Stallholders will also be required to provide their own water.
