Winter Magic Lighted Boat Parade Registration 🎄✨🚤
Help us light up Castaic Lake at Winter Magic!
Friends of Castaic Lake is inviting boat owners to be part of our Lighted Boat Parade during Winter Magic on Saturday, December 5, 2026 at Castaic Lake State Recreation Area.
Decorate your boat with holiday lights, decorations, music, characters, or whatever festive idea you can dream up and join us for a magical evening on the water!
Bass boats, pontoons, fishing boats, kayaks and other eligible watercraft are welcome. Whether you go all-out or keep it simple, we’d love to have you participate.
🏆 Prizes & recognition will be awarded, so bring your creativity and holiday spirit!
Event Date: Saturday, December 5, 2026
Event Begins: 3:00 PM
Location: Castaic Lake State Recreation Area
Boat Parade Entry: $20 per boat
Additional parade details, including boat check-in, launch time, parade route, safety requirements and decorating guidelines, will be provided to registered participants as we get closer to the event.
Proceeds from the Lighted Boat Parade support Friends of Castaic Lake programs, projects and community experiences.
