celebrating, connecting, recognizing, and empowering remarkable women and girls who make a difference in our communities.
In 2027, we are celebrating an incredible milestone.
Naomi Gala 2027: Celebrating Five Years of Purpose and Excellence will bring together community leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, supporters, and guests for an elegant evening celebrating the impact of Naomi and the people who have helped make our journey possible.
We are excited to announce that applications are now open for new vendors for the 2027 Naomi Women of Distinction Gala!
We are seeking businesses and nonprofit organizations offering unique, high-quality products or services that complement the mission, atmosphere, and audience of Naomi.
Our goal is to curate a diverse vendor marketplace that provides our guests with an exceptional shopping and networking experience.

Date: Saturday, May 1, 2027
Location: Bellavie Conference Center
700 Beta Drive, Mayfield Heights, Ohio
Gala Hours: 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Vendor Arrival/Setup: Beginning at 2:00 p.m.
Setup Must Be Completed By: 4:30 p.m.
Attire: Black-Tie / Formal
The 2027 Naomi Gala is a co-ed adult event.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Step 1 — Complete Your Application
Please complete the application below and provide detailed information about your business or organization, including the products and/or services you intend to offer at the gala.
The more information you provide, the better our Selection Committee can understand your business and determine whether it is a good fit for this year's event.
Step 2 — Show Us Your Vendor Setup
Applicants will be asked to upload clear photographs of previous vendor displays or setups.
Presentation is an important part of the Naomi Gala experience, and photographs of your previous displays will be an important factor during the selection process.
Step 3 — Selection Committee Review
Our Selection Committee will review applications with the goal of creating a diverse, professional, high-quality vendor experience for our guests.
We consider several factors during the selection process, including:
- Products and/or services offered
Quality and professionalism of vendor presentation
Overall fit with the Naomi mission and gala experience
Variety among participating vendors
Completed application information
Previous vendor setup photographs
To provide our guests with a diverse shopping experience, we may limit the number of vendors offering substantially similar products or services.
Step 4 — Acceptance & Vendor Agreement
Accepted applicants will receive an email containing:
- Official acceptance notification

Payment instructions
Additional vendor requirements and next steps
Vendor space is limited, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
