There is a woman inside you that you have never met before.

WILD TENDERNESS is a 2½-hour sensory and embodied gathering shaped through cacao, breath, sound, movement, relational witnessing and deep rest.

This registration helps us prepare the room with care and understand anything you may need to feel supported. You do not need previous movement, breathwork or embodiment experience.

Section Four — Choice and Consent
PARTICIPATION, RELEASE + INDEMNITY

I understand that WILD TENDERNESS may include ceremonial cacao, breathwork, conscious movement, sound, meditation, emotional expression and optional relational practices. I choose to participate voluntarily, remain responsible for listening to my body and agree to communicate or pause whenever I need support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I knowingly assume the inherent risks of participation and release and hold harmless Mother Tree Medicine School, [Monica Guerreiro], the venue, facilitators, assistants and representatives from claims arising from my voluntary participation, except where caused by gross negligence, intentional misconduct or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

I further agree to indemnify these parties against reasonable claims, losses or expenses resulting directly from my own negligent actions, misconduct, failure to disclose relevant health information or breach of the agreements contained in this registration.
I understand that I remain responsible for my own body, boundaries and choices throughout the gathering.
I understand that my place is confirmed only after registration and sacred exchange have both been received.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

WILD TENDERNESS is created as an intimate experience, with limited spaces and thoughtful preparation devoted to every woman who enters the room. Your registration reserves a place that can no longer be offered to another participant. For this reason, all registrations are final and non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another woman with at least 48 hours’ written notice. She will be asked to complete the registration form before attending so that we can welcome and support her with care. Registrations cannot be transferred to a future gathering or exchanged for credit.

Late arrivals, missed gatherings and cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for refunds, transfers or credits.

If Mother Tree Medicine School cancels the gathering, you will receive a full refund. If the gathering is rescheduled, your registration will move to the new date, and further options will be provided if you are unable to attend.

By registering, you acknowledge and lovingly agree to honour this policy, except where otherwise required by law.
