Teams must submit their Written Submissions via this form by 23:59 CET on 10 January 2027. Written Submissions are not considered received if submitted by any other means, including email. Late submissions are dealt with under the penalty system in Rule 8.2 and Appendix 2 of the Rules.
Each set of Written Submissions must be accompanied by a Declaration of Honour, signed by every Team member and uploaded as a separate document. In it, the Team members confirm that the Written Submissions are the product of their own unaided work, that no coach has participated in their preparation beyond the assistance permitted by Rule 3.5.1, and that they do not contain plagiarism.
The content and formatting of the Written Submissions must follow the Guidelines for Written Submissions. Any breach of the Rules relating to the Written Round leads to a deduction of points by ELSA International under Appendix 2.
