Rush Order Disclaimer
Rush Orders include any order that needs to be shipped less than TWO WEEKS before your event. Please order at least three weeks ahead of time to avoid the Rush Order Fee. Rush Orders that require shipping will be shipped within a week of the order acceptance. Local orders would be ready for pickup or delivery within 5 days. ALL RUSH ORDER REQUESTS MUST BE AGREED UPON AHEAD OF TIME SO I CAN CONFIRM AVAILABILITY.

Policies
1. CANCELLATION: If you must cancel your order, you must do so at least two weeks before your event as your order would already be in production. If you cancel any less than two weeks before your event, you can only be reimbursed 50%.
2. DAMAGE: If damage occurs during the shipping process, please let me know promptly. I do my best to ship orders out early enough so we have time to fix the issue.
3. SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING: I reserve the right to post content regarding your order on my social media profiles. I will not infringe on your privacy as a customer.
