Our Branch/Club Committee agrees to abide by the SSAA NSW Attendance Book (Longarms) Policy and to ensure that all Range Officers and other Branch/Club Officials supervising the use of these Books also abide by the Policy.

Requesting Club Acknowledgement

By signing this form, the requesting Club acknowledges and agrees to:

- complete this policy request form, signed by a committee member on behalf of the Club;
- nominate the Club official responsible for supervising the book and confirming each member
- completes the recorded longarms activity;
- make the book available to SSAA members free of charge during range operating times;
- use it only for genuine longarms shooting activities, not handgun or non-shooting activities;
- return completed sheets when full, or at least quarterly.
