Agreement
By signing below you agree to the following terms
. You understand that your session fee is $0 and includes 1 digital image file of your choice and as such does not include any printed material or additional digital files with your booking
. Mini session day will only be cancelled by Melissa Cooney Photography due to illness, weather or unforseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation the alternative date will be listed above. If you are unavailable for your session you agree to select the forfeit option above, in which case your booking will be cancelled after the 12th September.
. If you are running late to your session additional time may not be available to you, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session start time. Accordingly, your session may be running behind schedule, please know that all efforts are made to run on time but this can be unforceeable. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
. Your session includes approximately 10mins of shooting time. Although all efforts will be made, this can fluctuate due to the volume of sessions on the day
. You understand that any digital file purchases will be emailed to you instantly after purchase, Printed material is sent via a Brisbane based printing lab and as such incurs a postage charge.
. Your images will be edited and sent to you within 3 weeks of your session, your gallery will be emailed to the email address on this form.
. You understand your gallery will be archived after 2 months. If you wish for your gallery to be reactivated this process will incur a $25 fee.
. No responsibility or liability will be taken by Melissa Cooney for loss, injury, damage or harm during your session including but not limited to injury to persons attending the session or damage to clothing, vehicles or possessions
. No responsibility will be taken by Melissa Cooney Photography for lost or damaged printed material provided by Nulab. In the event of loss or damage please contact Melissa with your order number and description/photos of product and an enquiry will be made on your behalf.
. Those listed on this form and those under their care understand they have free will and can refuse any request, direction or pose offered by Melissa Cooney if you deem it unsafe.
. Those listed on this form understand that outdoor photography comes with added environmental risks including but not limited too snakes, barbed wire, traffic, stingers, waves, mosquitos, animals, other persons and acts of nature, as such due dilligence, liabilities and responsibilities of those under the care of the person signing, fall upon the person signing this agreement
