    Expression of Interest - Businesses

  • Funding Available - Local Growth Fund (LGF) Capital Grants

     

    Capital grants of between £5,000 and £15,000 are available to eligible businesses.

     

    Applicants must provide a minimum of 50% match funding towards the total project cost.

     

    The grant requested can be anywhere between £5,000 and £15,000, depending on the size and cost of the project.

     

    This is a reimbursement grant. 

    Applicants must be able to pay for the project cost in its entirety, then claim back the 50% grant funding ipon completion.

    Proof of match funding is required as part of the EOI process.

  • Funding and Payment Arrangements

    Please note: Grant funding will not be paid in advance.

    Businesses must have the capacity to fund the full project costs upfront and will claim the approved grant funding back once the project has been completed, or through pre-arranged instalments.

    Businesses must therefore be able to demonstrate that they have sufficient funds available to complete the project before grant payment is made.

    Claims must be supported by appropriate evidence of expenditure, such as invoices and proof of payment.

    We want to see projects that can move quickly from approval to delivery.

  • The project must be fully funded by the business and/or its confirmed match funding before the grant can be claimed.
