This award is for the best Shop Manager of a Charity Shop for the period of July 2025 - June 2026, and can be nominated by volunteers, staff and/or management.
It will be awarded to the Shop Manager who has shown exceptional leadership skills in managing their shop, as well as to their donors, customers, staff and volunteers. They will also have shown leadership and commitment to their charity.
