All purchased pens that are chosen to be made "On live" will be built during livestream at your designated line up number will be shown for approval and shown to have any changes made if needed once the customer agrees the pen it good to go it will be glued before getting ready to ship out at this time no changes can be made to the pen. If the "Off Live" is chosen your pen will be made off of live stream and photo's will be sent to the customer to approve or make any changes after the customers has approved there will be no changes made and get ready for the shipping process.All pens are handmade and some figures may have small defects which will be shown to you before claiming your items. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AS EACH ITEM NEEDS CUSTOMIZATION,NO REFUNDS.
3. Purchasing
All purchases will be made through Venmo,Cash app, or Zelle after completion of payment customer must fill out the shipping form to insure we have accurate shipping information and can ensure your package gets sent to the correct location.
4. Shipping
All shipping will have a flat fee any other rapid shipping must be discussed with the host at the time of invoicing and will have a different fee. The host will use the shipping forms to get correct information to send out your package all information must be double checked to ensure information is accurate and where you would like your package to be delivered. Tracking will be sent to you as soon as labels are printed, once the package is shipped out all other claims must be made with the mail courier (lost packages, damaged packages, etc.)
5. Livestream Rules

we are all here to have fun and enjoy the same things,please do no spam the chat or argue in the chat result of that will be muting you repeatedly breaking these rules will result in blocking.When creating pens please only respond to host questions about the pen if it is your pen we are building, unless the customer is asking for opinions.
6. Doorables
Figures are sold to be placed on beadable pens as toppers, or can be made into charms for keychains. Some figures may have flaws or scratches which will be shown to you at the time of claiming, some figures are subject to a add on charge due to rarity,or them being very sought out for, and or limited collections all add on pricing will be communicated to you at the time of claiming.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
